The existence of this facility is a form of responsibility us to ensure that every candidate who will take part in the interview and those who have graduated have the opportunity to adapt and get used to it with the Japanese construction work environment from an early age. We are aware that in our operational areas, There is very little interest in this field. Therefore, we prioritize quality over quantity. We will only recommend candidates who have been vetted through the facility our practice and proven to have courage and physical endurance qualified. We do this to guarantee Zero Accidents and maintain the trust of Kumiai and the recipient companies in Japan by sending a truly ready-to-use workforce."

Every morning, participants are trained through roll call, physical exercise, and familiarization with a work culture that instills punctuality, responsibility, and team cohesion. Supported by a large, clean and neatly arranged area, this field creates a serious training atmosphere but still builds enthusiasm.
